Helping young people overcome adversity and succeed

Life Chance Trust is a Devon based charity supporting young people aged 16 to 25 who have faced trauma, complex life challenges, care experience, special educational needs or disabilities. The organisation works with and for young people to improve mental health, build confidence, resilience, motivation and skills so they can find employment and realise their potential.

The Trust provides one to one mentoring and life skills workshops that help young people become more independent, confident and ready for the future. Youth advisors are involved in shaping services, ensuring support is led by the needs, hopes and aspirations of the people it serves.
