Altitude put the emphasis on TLC’s level and quality of care in delivering the brief, which also focused on the group’s commitment to offering even the smallest yet important details in its service package, such as its dedicated team of moving in mentors.
Altitude’s video production team produced promotional videos to give an insight into the facilities and staff of the care homes. They were filmed in a creative and interesting way, whilst maintaining a ‘home away from home’ image. The team also made sure the videos touched on the personal approach you would receive if you were to be shown around the care homes.
