Challenges don’t come much bigger than the one Altitude was set by Holiday Inn, one of the world’s best known brand names. Altitude was tasked with helping drive one of the biggest re-launches in the history of the hospitality industry, with more than 3200 hotels in nearly 100 countries given a new market image.
Altitude set about re-defining new Holiday Inn websites, giving them a fresh, modern and forward thinking appeal. The website designs for the different hotels combined a corporate signature with individual flavour and the agency also helped ensure the new brand standards were consistent across the group’s in terms of promotions, digital and advertising materials. Altitude re-designed and developed websites for several major group’s including Monteacute House, PREM Group and QN Hotels. Altitude’s services also included photography, as well as creating virtual tours, mobile applications, social media and email marketing.
Altitude has ensured each group and hotel is setting new brand standards for service and quality, providing a consistent experience and redefining guests’ expectations in process. A further 15 hotels are in the pipeline, but traffic to one Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express group has already increased by a massive 1600%. Associated PR activities has also helped to raise the hotel’s profiles for the re-brand across a variety of media platforms.
