DEVON DIGITAL AGENCY CELEBRATES DOUBLE WIN WITH PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL CLIENT AND FURTHER EXPANSION INTO HOTEL SECTOR

Plymouth based digital design agency Altitude Design has announced their involvement with the London Town Group whilst simultaneously strengthening their relationship with the QN Hotel Group, establishing themselves as the digital design agency of choice for hotels across the country.

The award-winning digital design agency has recently started working alongside the London Town Group on the website management of the brand’s Mercure hotels; Mercure Kensington, Mercure Paddington and Mercure Nottingham.

This has further solidified the Devon agency’s solid portfolio within the hotel sector. Altitude Design has designed websites for over 50 hotels, from large international brands such as the Holiday Inn, Ramada Plaza and Best Western to independent high-end boutique hotels including the internationally acclaimed five star hotel, The Edinburgh Residence.

MD Miles Noble Nominated for "Young Business Person of the Year"

THE Herald has shortlisted a stunning array of Plymouth firms and individuals for its 2016 Business Awards. They have been whittled down from hundreds of entries across 17 categories, and, as such, have already proved themselves to be among the city’s business elite. The awards take place at a glittering ceremony at Plymouth Pavilions on Thursday 14th April.

Altitude’s MD Miles Noble has been nominated for the Young Business Person of the Year award. The 27-year-old Plymouth College of Art graduate set up web design firm Altitude in 2008, changing the business’ focus from music to hotels. Based at the Royal William Yard he has more than 250 clients. In the past year the business’ turnover increased by 47 per cent and the client base grew by more than 30 per cent.

Altitude Proud to Sponsor the Media Innovation Awards 2015

Altitude Design is proud to be sponsoring this year’s Media Innovation Awards for the third year running, having sponsored the Outstanding Contribution category.

The awards will be held on Thursday 26th November in the state-of-the-art performing arts centre at Plymouth University, The House.

The Media Innovation Awards will see some of the UK’s best creative companies come together to celebrate the innovative use of media and design. This year will see companies battle it out for one of 15 available categories, including Best Animation, Best Branding and Best Graphic Design.

The Outstanding Contribution award, for which Altitude Design are sponsors, goes to the individual, company, product or project that demonstrates a signification contribution to innovation and creativity within the media, design or music industry. With no nominees, the winner will be announced on the night.

Miles Noble, Managing Director of Altitude Design, spoke about the awards: “At Altitude Design, we believe it’s vital to support the creative industries and these awards create the perfect platform to celebrate the industry as a whole.

“We’re really looking forward to seeing who walks away with the titles on the night and are thrilled to be able to show our support once again for the awards.”

Slice a Pizza wanted to bring a fresh new concept to the UK market – selling pizza by the slice. To launch this Altitude was set the challenge of creating a unique brand, which reflected the European concept.

Working to a very tight deadline, the team were to create all marketing assets including brand identity, digital signage, interior design and of course, the website.

Altitude wanted to create a brand that was truly innovative to reflect the vision of Slice a Pizza. A brand that whilst standing the test of time, both digitally and traditionally, would be memorable, highly evolved and professional.

Using established Italian themes, Altitude has created a strong brand identity that has been used across all platforms.

The branding is strong enough to compete with well-established competitors and instill confidence in potential customers. Altitude intentionally created this brand with the growth plans of Slice a Pizza in mind.
